ABOUT THE STATEWIDE/PHCS NETWORK

Service Employees Benefit Fund (SEBF) participates with the Statewide/Private HealthCare Systems (PHCS) network of participating providers in an effort to help keep health care costs down. Statewide/PHCS negotiates discounts from area health care providers for you as a member of the SEBF Medical Plan. The Statewide/PHCS network offers you an option to help lower your health care costs.

The Statewide/PHCS network of health care providers includes hospitals, physicians, labs, outpatient and ambulatory centers, medical equipment suppliers, home health service agencies and other health care providers.

The use of a Statewide/PHCS provider is not mandatory but SEBF strongly recommends the use of Statewide/PHCS providers to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
