In the recently adopted state budget, Gov. Cuomo proposed to cut funding for agencies that serve people with developmental disabilities by $120 million. Developmental disabilities: cuts partially restored

On March 19 legislative leaders announced agreement on a state budget plan that partially restores cuts in funding. Budget bills have been amended and some have been voted on; all are are expected to be passed later this week.
