Property Services
The second pillar of SEIU Local 200United is our Property Services Division.
Over 5,000 strong, we are the Custodial workers of SEIU’s well-known Justice for Janitors campaign, Sports and Entertainment workers with organized divisions in Syracuse and Buffalo, Cemetery groundskeepers and landscapers, Parking attendants in municipal lots, and Security Officers with growing involvement in the national Stand for Security campaign.
All workers have to unite to raise wages, gain benefits, and establish standards. A strong, effective voice is possible with SEIU Local 200United!
Local 200United is privileged to represent Property Service workers throughout Upstate New York, bargaining for better wages, benefits, and working conditions.
